"Found it, but slow"
Found what I needed. So that was good. But the pages loaded kinda slow. Had to wait a bit. Not the worst, just a little annoying...

"Still Not Fully Convinced"
It seems okay so far, but I’m still not totally sure I trust it yet. I feel like I’ve spent way too much energy trying to figure out if it’s actually reliable, which is kind of frustrating.

"Refund Process Was Frustrating"
I asked for a refund and the whole thing just dragged on way longer than it should have. Replies were slow, and I kept having to chase them just to get basic updates. it felt like they were hoping I’d eventually give up. It was a really preventable hassle, and I won’t be buying from bettercuppa again...

"Maybe I’m Just Picky, But It Tasted Off"
I don’t know, maybe I caught them on a bad day or I’m just too particular about fresh ingredients, but the food tasted kind of cheap and a little stale to me. I really wanted to like it, but it just didn’t feel as fresh as I expected.

"I’m giving it 4 stars because…"
I’m giving it 4 stars because it does mix better than a lot of other powders I’ve tried. I usually use a shaker and it comes out mostly smooth, though I still get a few small bits if I’m in a hurry. The taste is fine, no real complaints there. I just wish it dissolved a little faster in cold water. It feels like that’s a common thing people mention, but it doesn’t really seem like it’s being listened to.

"I bought this tea for my sister’s birthday…"
I bought this tea for my sister’s birthday and it turned out to be such a cute little gift! She really liked it, which made me so happy. The only thing I’d say is that the delivery updates could’ve been a bit clearer, but overall it was a lovely present and I’m glad I got it.

"Reliable delivery, but I felt a bit misled"
I’ve ordered from bettercuppa.com a few times now, and to be fair, the deliveries have mostly turned up on time. One parcel was a day late, but I did get updates, so it wasn’t a huge issue. Everything arrived in good condition and was packed fine. That said, I did feel a little misled because the overall experience wasn’t quite as smooth as I expected from the way it was presented. Still reliable enough, but not perfect, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Well... I tried Better Cuppa for…"
Well... I tried Better Cuppa for a few weeks mostly hoping it would help with my morning energy. It does seem to help a little, like I don’t feel quite as sluggish after drinking it, but it’s not a dramatic difference for me. The taste is okay, not bad, just something I had to get used to. Shipping was fine too. Overall, I’d say it’s decent if you’re looking for something mild, but don’t expect the same kind of kick you’d get from coffee

"Subscription Felt More Complicated Than It Needed To"
I’m not totally sure if I missed something on my end, but I really wasn’t happy with how the subscription worked. I just wanted to pause or change my delivery, and it felt way more awkward than it should’ve been. Maybe there was an easier way to do it, but I couldn’t find it quickly, and I ended up getting coffee I didn’t actually need. For something I’m paying for monthly, I expected it to be a lot more flexible. I don’t think I’d use it again

My order showed up with the box completely crushed, and the bags inside were already open. Definitely not what I expected, and I don’t think I’ll be buying this again. Has anyone else had the same issue?

"Fine for My Stomach, But I Had to Wait It Out"
It ended up being okay for my stomach, but I had to be way more patient than I wanted to be. I kept waiting to see if it would really help or upset my stomach, and that part was kind of annoying. In the end, it was fine, just not something that gave me quick peace of mind.

I was hoping this would work well for me, but it made me feel bloated and uncomfortable. I’m not sure if that’s normal at first or if it just didn’t agree with my stomach, but it definitely left me wanting some reassurance before trying it again.

I was trying to order a few tea-related things, but some of the items I wanted were not available, so that was a little frustrating. The site was easy enough to use and the prices seemed reasonable. I just wish they had more in stock when I checked

"Couldn’t get past the taste"
I really wanted to like this, and I was mostly just focused on the flavor more than anything else. But every time I tried it, there was this odd bitter aftertaste that stood out right away, and it had a stale kind of taste to me even after adding milk.

I gave it a few chances thinking maybe I mixed it wrong or just had a bad first impression, but I kept noticing the same thing. Maybe others won’t mind it, but for me the taste was too hard to ignore. I wouldn’t buy it again

"Not bad, but not really worth it"
My order showed up later than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. The tea itself was just "okay", not terrible or anything, but I didn’t feel like it matched the price. Customer support did get back to me, but it was kind of slow. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but I probably wouldn’t order again
